Q: Class 0 flash message

Hi i woke up this morning to my lock screen looking like this (please see image below) it quite clearly spam - but i thought this message function was for "find my iPhone" in the event of a device being lost or stolen?

Has my phone or icloud account been hacked?

iPhone 5s, iOS 9.3.4
