Are you signed into the same Apple ID that was used to activate your iPad?
Have you tried signing out of your Apple ID, restart your iPad and then sign in again and try to download the apps again?

Aug 19, 2016 12:13 PM in response to Salman Jaafarby Demo,When you are in the App Store, tap on the word Categories at the top and select all categories. If you see a back button, just keep tapping on back until you get to Categories and select all Categories again. Then check for Apps by Apple at the bottom of the App Store.
