This is not about the usual pop-up blocker. I use safari 8 and I have already unchecked Preferences - Security - Block pop-up windows.
However, when at a site with pop-up windows, I accidentally checked the box "Do not show more pop-up windows from this site". The check-box was in the pop-up window itself. And now I can't find any way to undo this. And I need to see the pop-up windows for the site to function.
Anyone who knows how I can fix my mistake?

Delete caches and cookies.
Visit the site.
Hopefully, you may be able to reset the setting.
1. Delete Caches.
Close all windows and quit all applications.
Hold "option" key down and click "Go" menu in the Finder menu bar.
Select "Library" from the dropdown.
Library > Caches > com.apple.Safari
Right click the com.apple.Safari file and select "Move To Trash.
Close windows and relaunch Safari.
2. Delete Cookies.
Safari > Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and other website data:
Click the “Details” button.
Remove all cookies except ones from Apple, your internet service provider and banks.
