I Am having trouble with my voice mail. I have active voicemail service but when i go to phone app and click on voicemail it shows call failed this is what it shows i am on ios 9
please help me to solve this problem and i am I am not receiving any voicemail. I have contacted custmor care they also don't no about this . Please provide me help

Contact your "telephone service" provider. Voicemail is a function of the phone company, not Apple - the iPhone is simply "dialing" the right number
