Q: Can't Redeem Gifted Album
A friend of mine gifted me an album. First it was to the wrong email, we sorted that out by having them resend it to the correct one.
The email redemption link takes me to an iTunes program download (http://www.apple.com/itunes/download/ is the link I'm taken to). Nothing on that page has anything to do with the album.
The email says "(Gifters Name) sent you the following album:" and no album name. There is no redemption code anywhere on the page. There's a picture of a card which says "from:(Gifters Email)" at the bottom, and in the middle is "N/A" twice, one over top of the other.

Have you got iTunes installed on your computer ? If not then you will have to download and install it to be able to redeem the album (or you can redeem it on an iOS device).
If you already have iTunes installed then does the email have the redeem code in it so that you can copy and paste it into iTunes (Redeem iTunes and Apple Music Gift Cards and codes - Apple Support) ? If not try opening the email on a different browser, or try right-clicking the redeem button in the email and copy its link/address, extract the redemption code that link, and redeem it
