Q: I want to use both my iPad 2 and my iPad Pro
I have a new iPad Pro and my older iPad 2. I want them to share everything and be synced with each other. iTunes doesn't recognize my iPad Pro at all. When I try to use iTunes with my Pro, a screen comes up saying that I need to get the most recent iTunes update. I have that on my PC but I can't do anything with my Pro. Even on other sites, my user ID and password will not work. Get a pop up saying they are not recognized or words to that effect. What am I doing wrong?

These are the minimum requirements in order to sync your iPad Pro with your PC. The iPad 2 will still work but the ne iPad Pro will not.
Syncing with iTunes on a Mac or PC requires:
- Mac: OS X v10.8.5 or later
- PC: Windows 7 or later
- iTunes 12.3.3 or later (free download from www.itunes.com/download)
