Q: Final Cut Pro X (10.2.3) won't open because of a project

So last night I was editing a video, the project was titled "July 6, 2016". At the end of my video, there is an "end slate" with a picture-in-picture of my previous video. So I tried dragging the video from my hard drive to the project, and it said "There is not enough room on your disk to complete this action" or something like that, even though I had 636 GB free on my external hard drive that the Final Cut Pro library is on, and 92 GB free on my internal hard drive. Then the application crashed, and now whenever I try to open the application, I get stuck on the part where it's loading that project that I was last editing. Anybody know what to do about this?
