Was this an iCloud backup?  If so, it's gone when you erased it.  If it was in iTunes, do you backup your computer?  If so, you could recover the backup file from the computer's backup (e.g. If using an Apple computer, check time machine and restore the backup from there).

    Did you delete the backup? If so I do not know of a way recover it. You could always check in iCloud.com from a browser > devices > and see if it is there.
