Q: Airport Extreme Router - # of supported devices via Wifi

Hello, I am looking at possibly upgrading my Airport extreme router to the latest version.  Can anyone tell me what is the maximum number of supported devices that the current model can support?  The model I am upgrading from is max out at 50 before performance issue are expected.  I am installing a lot of devices in my home and will far exceed what my model can handle.

50......if you are asking about wireless devices

150......if you are asking about Ethernet devices

In addition to Bob's comments, each client that is connected (either by wireless or by wired) must share the same overall bandwidth of that connection. Therefore, you will not, in practice, be able to connect the maximum number of client AND expect each client to get the full bandwidth.
