Aug 19, 2016 10:45 AM in response to rlljby Meg St._Clair,I'm not really sure what you're on about. If your carrier doesn't support the embedded SIM, get a SIM from your carrier and put it in the SIM slot. It will work just fine. That's what I had to do as my carrier doesn't support the Apple SIM.
And, it's up to the carriers to decide if they want to support the Apple SIM or not. So, go complain to them.
