Q: Problem with connecting thunderbolt to HDMI port with projector.

Hi guys,

I recently bought cable thunderbolt to HDMI and was trying to connect this to my projector and nothing really happens.

i plug in everything and check "system report". under thunderbolt status show "not device connected"??

Please help...

Hi dorywal .
If you are having issues with connecting your Mac to your projector, try checking to see if your Mac is up to date. Please use this link for details. Update the software on your Mac
Next, try connecting another device to the Mac using the same connection, an HDTV would be a good test. If the connection is successful, your cable is in good working order and you should contact the projector's manufacturer for further support.
