iam being billed using my e-mail address for things i have not requested

i have had several e-mails from apple these come in the form of bills using my e- mail address for things i have not ordered. how do i stop this and iam i really having to pay for this

iPhone 6, iOS 9.3.3

Most likely, It is a phishing attempt. Do not respond. Do not divulge any personal or financial information. You can use the address below to forward the suspect email message, as an attachment to Apple.
