Delete it from your phone (Settings > General > Storage & iCloud Usage > Manage Storage > Music then 'Edit' top right of the screen) ? Apple Music (View, change, or cancel your subscriptions - Apple Support ; Settings > Music > Show Apple Music 'off') ?
