Q: Can´t find my photos

You have posted in the forum for "Classic" Mac OSes - which includes "OS 9" which is NOT *i*OS 9.

Tell what Mac, OS X version, iOS version for your iPhone 5s and version of Mac app "Photos" - we'll then see about getting this moved to the appropriate forum for best help

Apple menu -> About This Mac tells us your Mac OS X version. 

Settings -> General -> About tells us your Version which is the iOS version on iPad, iPod Touch, and iPhone.
