OneDrive App for Mac Will Not Work

I have a similar but slightly different problem as well.

I have an iMac 27" late 2012 model with El Capitane 10.11.6 and also a 2016 MacBook Pro with the same OS.

I have downloaded the OneDrive app onto both machines - the MacBook works just fine, and on the iMac OneDrive simply will not launch. It's a complete no-go, non starter.

Any ideas?

Hi Eric,

I'm having the same problem with Onedrive and I followed your instructions. I have copied the report below. Is there anything in there that you can provide some guidance to me on.

On the iMac, try running this program and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. On the screen with Options, please open Options and check the bottom 2 boxes before running. Click “Share Report” button in the toolbar, select “Copy to Clipboard” and then paste into a reply. This will show what is running on your computer. No personal information is shown.
