Trouble with my ipod classic?

So basically I'm trying to put all my current bangers on my old ipod as my 16GB iPhone can no longer handle the stress of all my music.. but I'm being told half my songs cannot be placed onto my ipod classic due to the fact theyre apple music songs... it pops up with an error message telling me to turn on icloud music library on the ipod itself, but I have no idea where this could be after looking for a while now.. any help would be appreciated 🙂
