I understand how important it is to be able to download applications from your App store. If you are having troubles or getting the specific error of postal code being incorrect, then it maybe related to your location or date and time settings. Try setting your location to on and auto setting of your date and time settings. You can use these links for the steps to check that.

neither of of these suggestions made a difference as I have already set location and auto time & date to on.
