Aug 20, 2016 5:21 AM in response to den.thedby lyndonz,I had tried that before and I tried it again and this is what happens...
1 - I open network diagnostic and chose wifi
2 - I clicked continue
3 - the next window ask you to select a wifi network but there is no networks that come up. Not even my neighbors! at the bottom of th screen it says scanning and the spinner is spinning endlessly.
I Have tried restarting my computer and my modem/router. And I tried shutting down my computer then unplugging it and holding the power button for 10 second to do a reset and then plug it back in and start it up. Still no networks show up.
