The App Store functionality will not load/launch.

Hello.

I do not know when this issue started but as far as I could remember this functionality was working properly since I was able to download a couple of apps from the "App Store". Now it just shows a "loading" status every time I tap on it.

I tried "iTunes Store" and all the other apps, all are working fine.

Is there something I accidentally turned "OFF" or "ON" in the settings? Is this something that I need to visit a local store to have technicians look at it?

What have you tried so far e.g. have you :

- tried closing the App Store app via the phone's taskbar (Force an app to close on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support)

- done a soft-reset/reboot of the phone (press and hold both the sleep and home buttons for about 10 to 15 seconds (ignore the ‘slide to power off’), after which the Apple logo should appear and it should reboot )
