Dear i have a problem in my FaceTime for email address,also FaceTime work on mobile number,when i am insert my apple ID for FaceTime then show thes words (And n error occurred during activatio.Try again).Please help me out & tell me whats a problem. Thanks

Did you ever get a verification e-mail? Do you have 2 step verification or authentication set up for your Apple ID?
