Q: I'm Just Trying to Burn a CD...

I am trying to make a CD from a playlist, but my Pro doesn't have a CD port. So, I turn on home sharing for my mom's computer and pull up my iTunes library on there. However, the playlists don't have all of the songs. So after restarting iTunes multiple times on both devices, I call for help. I'm on hold for 10 minutes before I get a human being. So, he's confused too, and just asks me to restart the computer. Is it 2004??? THAT'S the best you can give me? So I start to restart the laptop, and the guy accidentally (I hope) hangs up on me. This is absolutely ridiculous - home sharing is a joke and no one knows how to fix it. Anyone have similar issues? Did anyone find a solution? Because apparently the Apple Care people don't have a solution.
