Q: Ipad icloud

Ipad doesnt have icloud drive or iclou photo library? I also read that some people dont have have it? I thought the beta is over?

iPads have both, though it depends upon the iOS version (iOS 8+ for iCloud Drive ; 8.3+ for iCloud Photo Library)

Settings up iCloud Drive : Set up iCloud Drive on all of your devices - Apple Support
