I upgrade my IOS. but after that I can not sign in iTunes and app store.

    If you want help you will have to provide more information that 'can not sign in itunes'. What happens when you try to log into your account ? If you are getting an error message what does it say ? What have you tried to see if it fixes whatever the problem is ?
