iTunes app download fail (error -3253)

I'm using iTunes 12.4.3.1

While downloading app updates, some apps are not downloaded (error code -3253).

While downloading, I'm also unable to reproduce music via cloud (e.g. Apple Music or iTunes in the Cloud)

MacBook Air (13-inch Mid 2013), OS X El Capitan (10.11.6)

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. I know having issues with iTunes on your Mac is not what you expect. Based on what you stated, here is more info on your error -3253:

Find an iTunes error code

The good news is this error message can be resolved using the steps in this article:
