My app ID was be disabled

Dear Mr./Mrs,
Hello!
I'm writing this email to inquire the reason that my apple id is disabled.
I tried to add my credit card but iTunes tells me that the information is not match. To solve this, I always use gift cards from some people and download some apps. I'm sure that these apps do exist in app store, so I suppose that they offered me legal gift cards, because apple store should recognize this. I've bought so many apps from app store and I paid a lot of money and left a lot of money in this apple id ,I like my id very much so I really cannot accept the fact that my ID is disabled.
Could you please kindly give me some solutions?

You already know that you are only talking to fellow users on these forums, we won't know why your account is disabled.


If it’s been disabled for security reasons then resetting the password might fix it : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support


You might then need to log out and back into the account wherever you're using it : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support


If that doesn't fix it then contact iTunes Support and see if they can/will re-enable it : https://www.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
