How to determine if my IPad Air is unlocked
I Have an IPad Air 1st generation and want to sell it as I've upgraded, it's the 128gb cellular model, but I'm not sure if it's unlocked, how can I confirm this ?

I would contact the carrier and ask them. If it is locked they would be the ones that would have to start the process.

iPads are not sold as carrier locked.
All cellular iPads bought from Apple are unlocked. And most bought from anywhere else too.
Only in very very exceptionally rare cases would an iPad be locked.
The easiest way to test this is to just stick a sim card from a different carrier in the iPad. If it works without any error or message its unlocked.
