iPhone6s volume problems - need help!

Sometimes when I use Siri as in "Hey Siri" when I am not able to reach for the phone, or driving, the volume is so low that I can hardly hear it. This happens in my car through the bluetooth or in my house. My volume controls are all the way up so it's not that. It is an intermittent problem. Is there a known problem out there with the iPhone 6s's? I have a friend with the same phone and the same problem.

Thanks for trying to help, but this is an intermittent problem only when I am using the "Hey Siri" feature. So it is not a matter of doing any of the things you had recommended. I do appreciate your reply though.

If this is intermittent, than I have a feeling there is a problem with the phone or maybe it is a problem with all 6S phones??? Not sure.
