Q: iPhone

Dear Sir,

I am Md. Mahbub Hossain, user of your iPhone 4 and iPhone 6.

From the last two (or three) iOS updates, my iPhone 6's back Camera can not focus on things which is close about 2-8 inchs. it can not take clear pictures. I thought it may be my Phone's problem. I checked by changing the camera, but all is same. Then I checked with my brother's iPhone 5, it also have the same problem.

My request to you to check this matter and give us a solution...

You are not addressing Apple here, this is a user to user support forum. Since you indicate you are using an iPhone 6, you can use this link to see if your device is included in the set with the camera problem. https://www.apple.com/support/iphone6plus-isightcamera/

The other issue you mention, changing the camera. What exactly do you mean there? Did you open the device and make changes? If that is the case, then you have voided all Apple support on that device, and you would have to see to get it repaired from a 3rd party service center.

If your brother is having issues with an iPhone 5, that is a completely different issue and could be for any reason. You can take a look at this support document to see if that helps. Get help with the camera on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
