Q: Apple Music

Will I lose all of the music downloaded with apple music, If after a year membership, I decide to discontinue it?

Apple Music is a subscription service.  You do not own the music downloaded through Apple Music. Only license to play it.

 

If you discontinue the subscription, then all music obtained through Apple Music will stop playing, and after a few days will be removed from every device.  So yes you will lose access.

 

This should not be confused with iTunes Store Purchased content that has been downloaded. That will continue to be accessible.
