Is there any way to adjust video and camera settings on my Thunderbolt Display?

Hello, I have a 27 inch Thunderbolt Display with FaceTime HD camera. I have gad it for a while, only now started using it. The screen is very dark for my taste. Also, the images recorded by the built-in camera are a bit dark as well, and the focus is less than perfect. I can't find any control panel or other means the adjust either the display or the camera settings. Can anybody help me?
