Changing the length of a PSD

I am inserting this logo (LM LOGO WHITE2.psd) into the clip of the man speaking. I want to lengthen it out over the entire clip. When I select it and try to lengthen it by pulling the yellow side brackets I get red brackets. It seams to be stuck on a default size of 60 seconds. What am I missing?

It's a multilayer file that is basically a compound clip. You have to open the compound clip and extent the layers.
