Okay so best-buy is selling a macbook charger worth 78$. Whereas in my country it is worth 130$. Guys the reviews are good but I don't understand whats the catch why cheap? Should I buy it? They are claiming to be original

Buy the genuine charger from Apple store.
Best Buy sells Apple products so I suspect the charger will be genuine. I see no reason not to purchase from them unless you go to OWC online where they sell genuine chargers for a discount.

The price in your country probably includes applicable taxes. If you purchase something elsewhere and bring it into your country, you will have to pay those taxes as import duties.
