2 different iPhones 1 iTunes.... :/

My wife as an iPhone 6S plus and I have an Iphone 6S how can I give her my playlist without erasing all her data on iTunes + I don't want to add a new session just for that in my macBook pro...
Is there an app to add or delete music without iTunes ?

You can have more than one iPhone connecting to the same iTunes, unless the other phone is linked to another computer.

Best way to achieve what you want is to set up Family Sharing and give your wife privileges to access your music.
