Dimensions have changed?

I shared one of my first video attempts as a Master File to my desktop at 1280 x 453. I created a second video from much the same elements and now my share options is 1280 x 720. I can’t find a 1280 x 453 option in the second video. Can any one tell me what I did differently in the two.
