Q: My iPhone 5 keeps flashing the apple sign when I try to turn it on. I just updated it and it started doing that. Is it a bug? How do I fix it?
My iPhone 5 keeps flashing the apple sign when I try to turn it on. I tried restoring it, and it says it can't be restored. I just updated it to the iOS 9.3.4, and it started doing that. Is it a bug? How do I fix it? Is there a way I can do it without needing to go into the apple store?

Try Recovery Mode again > If you can't update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch - Apple Support
Make sure iTunes is up to date on your computer > Get the latest version of iTunes - Apple Support
Contact Apple Support if you can’t update or restore your device with recovery mode, or you can't use recovery mode because of broken or stuck buttons.
