My iPad mini won't download two of my iBooks. Everytime I try to download them the progress bar doesn't move. I tried logging out of my iTunes account, turning F my phone, and logging back in but that didn't work. My iPad won't let me delete the app either so I can't do that.

The only successful workaround I have found is to copy the ePubs to Dropbox, then on the iOS device open the Dropbox app, select an ePub, select export from the ... menu, you then have access to the iOS sharing menu - choose open in application, select copy to iBooks and it moves it over to iBooks on your iOS device.
Apple support does not even reply, sad.

Can you attach it in an email? You can access the ios sharing menus from an e mail as well
