MacBook Bottom Replacement in 2016

Hey!

So, I just bought a used MacBook (2010) with the rubber almost completely gone from the bottom plate, and I noticed that Apple has a MacBook bottom Replacement Program where they'll swap the bottom plate for free. Can I still use this program to get a free replacement from my local Apple Store or is the MacBook just too old?
