time port will not turn on. anyone else? solutions?

By "time port", I assume that you mean to say Time Capsule. Would that be correct?

What model number of Time Capsule do you have?

How old is the Time Capsule?

If you are saying that the Time Capsule will not power up at all when you plug the AC cord into the wall....and you have tried another AC socket that you know is working.....and the Time Capsule still will not power up.....then the internal power supply inside the Time Capsule has failed, and the Time Capsule will likely need to be replaced.

If "will not turn on" means something else.....we need more details from you
