Q: Distorted graphics in Safari

Wow, I'm dowsed by many-many issues with Safari 6 (Safari 5 was clean). When resizing Safari's window I get graphic flickering like on the YT video I made:

Console generates the following messages:

"sandboxd: ([372]) com.apple.qtkits(372) deny ipc-posix-shm _CS_DSHMEMLOCK

What's going on? How do I tranquilize this sandbox process.

The graphics issue may be due to Safari extensions or third party plug-ins. Troubleshooting help here > If Safari is slow, stops responding, quits unexpectedly, or has other issues

On a side note, your Mac is running an outdated OS X and outdate version of Safari so you might want to check to see if your Mac can run v10.11 El Capitan > Upgrade to OS X El Capitan

If you can install El Capitan that would also install Safari version 9.1.2, the latest version available.

Do you think I'm such a moron I don't know about the most recent OS and Safari 9?

I have no third party extensions or plug-ins.

"On a side-note" I downgraded from Mavericks to Lion due to numerous (bigger and smaller) bugs that were highly annoying, and I need to keep my existing workflows intact not experiment whether one more "great" upgrade of "the most advanced operating system in the galaxy" will "occasionally" fix some bugs that often won't get fixed and wandering through several subsequent OS versions. And the advice of this kind is so Applish  - "shitload of bugs? Upgrade. Did that and still having them? Upgrade, it'll definitely will do the magic" until your Mac is bricked by such "masterpieces" as Yosemite and El Capitan, forcing you into Apple's trap to buy their new tech. No, thanks. I'm not willing to trade bugs of one OS for those of another. "Good" advice.

I know that you merely broadcast what Apple Support tech pages read but seriously some personal contribution is also welcome.

Also for you to consider "deny file-read-data" is common for post-Snow Leopard OS releases that causes numerous problems, glitches here and there. Do you know what the message mean? I would like to, but, no, I'm being fed with this "upgrade-to-save-your-life" Apple's marketing philosophy.

    You helped a lot. Appreciate.
