Thanks for your reply Gary, but they are not answers to my questions:

Where are the images kept? I've looked in Application Support in the ~Library and Keynote is not even listed there as an application.
- If you mean project files, they are saved to where ever you want to save them to using the Finder window in File > Save
- All applications should reside in the Applications folder
- If you mean the objects used in themes, see below on creating new themes.
I know files are saved where I save them.
I know applications are in the applications folder. Thank you.
I am asking where the master documents for the themes are kept. The original ones Apple creates. They have master docs created out of .jpgs, backgounds, gradients, images, etc., etc. Where are they kept?
"I've looked in Application Support in the ~Library and Keynote is not even listed there as an application. It's not in iWork either."
Let me break this down for you. Most Apple supporting files are kept under ~Library/Application Support/ then the specific application. Keynote is not even listed there as an application for me to look under. When I look under iWork, (in Application Support) Keynote is not even there either. Again, I am looking for their supporting files.

What are the pixel dimensions for a typical 3:4 background? If I'm going to create new, would like to know what size Keynote likes.
Keynote likes what ever you tell it. Create the pixel dimensions to match the end use. e.g. for the iPad mini it would be 1024 x 768, for the 21.5-inch Retina 4K display its 4096 x 2304.
I cannot design for one end user, when my end users will be in multiple formats: phone, ipads, PCs and Laptops, and Desktops. There are typical sizes for 3:4 or 16:9 in pixels out there, and that's what I'm asking about. Secondly, its another reason I'm looking for the Keynote program theme files and where they exist in the Library.
Thank you.
