Q: Will idvd from ilife 11 still work on a new mac pro?

I have a new Mac Pro and wanted to know if the last version of ilife with idvd will work on it?

MacBook, iOS 7.0.5

Since your Mac is new you may have iMovie (replaced iDVD) pre installed. Check your Applications folder.

No, it will not. You should find some other application to do what you did with iDVD and get the upgrades for the other software. iPhoto has been replaced with Photos. You will find the other upgrades through the App Store under the Purchases page if the other iLife apps were not pre-installed for you.
