Q: Mac book air can't detect my iPhone 6,after plug in the cable to my i phone 6 to connect with my mac book air, nothing appear on mac book. Seems like can't detect the i phone 6 's file. I would like to export my photo and do the version upgrade.

Seems like can't detect the i phone 6 's file. I would like to export my photo and do the version upgrade.
Situation now is nothing can export from phone and also can't do anything from mac book since they can't detect each other. Please give advice , thanks.
