Problem with Downloading apps to my iTunes

I had to wipe by iPhone and also clean out the Mobile Applications = thinking that I could just redownload the purchased ones. I tried to download the purchased iPhone apps [there are quite a lot of them, tho I did hide a few] and they show up in the Purchased Window of the app store - but when I try to Download All I get a message "This item is temporarily unavailable. Try again later."

So I went to the App Store and looked for an app that I know I had - Feedly = it say it is Downloaded [it is still on my iPad, which still has stuff on it] so I can't redownload the iPhone app - it says it is Downloaded and designed for both iPhone and iPad == but it's not in my Mobile Apps folder so I don't know where it is.

Would appreciate any guidance.

Thanks.

Hello Victoria Herring

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Community. It sounds like you are having some trouble downloading apps you've already purchased, and I'd like to help you get things up and running again.

Whenever we see issues like this it's a good idea to try to isolate the cause of the problem. There are a few steps we can take to do that. If you haven't already, let's start by power cycling your phone. All you have to do is press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and then slide to power down. Give your phone a few seconds and then restart as normal.

If you are still unable to download after restarting I would recommend signing out of the iTunes and App Store in you settings. Just as a heads up if you are an Apple Music member and you've downloaded any music, you will have to re-download all of your offline music after signing back in.
To sign out you can go to Settings > iTunes and App Store, then tap on you Apple ID and select Sign Out. Restart your phone again and then sign back in.
If you are still unable to download your apps, you may want to try on a different network, like another Wi-Fi signal or from your cellular connection. If you run into any trouble or have any questions, please reach out again, the entire community is here to help.

-Best regards
