Q: Disabled Ipad....

The ipad my grandfather is using got disabled because of repeatedly entering wrong passcode for multiple times....

and it has been this way for a day now...

I've tried updating and restoring data. i have also tried erasing the device... but it still says it is disabled...

the itunes from my computer insists that there is some kind of error occuring with the device whenever i tried to erase it.

i really don't know what i can do.
