I ran the el captain update, can't get past keychain PW.

I Ran the elcaptain update and now it is asking for the keychain PW. I shut off that function, but it came back after the update. I don't know the old keychain PW. How can I get past this?

iMac, iOS 9.3

Hey Cac0103,

Great job with updating your OS X to the latest version of El Capitan! It looks like you maybe having some keychain issues. Normally, your keychain password is the Admin user password used when you log into your desktop. But no worries if you've forgotten this. You can try a couple things to resolve it. I would first try to reset your keychain. Please follow the steps in this links below for assistance.
