When my daughter downloads apps on her iPAD they also show up on my iPhone. Since she is under 13 I can't create her here own Apple ID. Is there a work around to allow her to download her own apps on the iPAD and not show up on my iPhone?

Go into Settings > iTunes & App Store on your iPhone and turn 'automatic downloads' for Apps 'off'.
Accounts can be created for under-13s via family sharing, though you would have to have a credit card on your account to do so :

Anything that she buys/downloads whilst using your account will be permanently tied to your account, she can't, when she gets one, transfer them to her own account.

I checked the Automatic Download and its set to off.
I'll check into the Family Sharing...but adding a credit card to a child's account is asking for trouble...:)
The card is put on the organiser's account, not the child's - and you can enable 'ask to buy' on her account so that you have to authorise all purchases : Request and make purchases with Ask to Buy - Apple Support

something else to keep in mind when she's old enough to have her own Apple ID, but you don't want her to have a credit card, it is possible to make an Apple ID without using a credit card (you just need to go about it a certain way) and then use iTunes gift cards. that's what I use, I just keep a balance on the gift card (buy them at a store and redeem them), so if anyone does every compromise my account, they can just spend down the balance and can't go any further.
A way to give a youngster some freedom but still control. You can come back here or there are directions online when you get to that point.
