Message from ITunes?

I have had a message from ITunes saying that my Apple ID has been used to sign up to Apple Music 1S plan at a cost of £19.00, I have no knowledge of this and when I do the offered link to cancel it takes me to some obscure Australian mining co. Can anyone help please.
