web page won't show over the internet

I am not sure what to do with the website. It used to work. I had to do an update to Server and now it won't work. The redirect to ssl seems to be the problem. I bought a ssl certificate for a year. That doesn't seem to help. It is frustrating because it used to work. Now the server says reachable on local network instead of internet.
