Forgot email,Apple ID and Password

Hello,

My little brother bought a new iPad.Unfortunately, He was playing smart and sat up an email and enter that email in his iPad as Apple ID. He also entered a passcode but forgot it because he did that carelessly. So, he could not open his iPad and tried to rest it and it worked. However, the iPad save the forgotten email (Apple ID). Now, we could not activate it. Is there any solution out there?

The basic steps to remove the activation lock from this iPad, is for your "brother" to:

  1. Go to Apple Support's iForgot website to "fix" his Apple ID account.
  2. Then have him access the iPad with his passcode.
  3. Go to Settings > iCloud
  4. Disable "Find My iPad"
  5. Sign out of iCloud with his Apple ID.


Now you can verify that the activation lock has been disabled so you can activate it.
