I recommend you check this help article: If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod. There are quite a few things to check there to get this working again properly. If you have gone through all the steps there and are still experiencing issues, you may want to check this help article: Resolve issues between iTunes and third-party security software.
The last thing I can recommend is to check this help article: Resolve USB-related alerts in iTunes. There is some good things to check here, but also a section about syncing wirelessly!
